Inspired by the original studio lettering tradition developed by A.L. Witsel (1956) for the Dutch comic series Sjors en Sjimmie, this work reinterprets a fragment of Dutch visual heritage through contemporary hand-drawn calligraphy.
 
Each composition is carefully created as an independent artwork, combining historical craftsmanship with a modern artistic approach. Rather than reproducing the past, the series continues a distinctive lettering tradition as a collectible work of art for a new generation.
